Friends of the Arts is thrilled to present Koresh Dance Company at 8:00pm on December 2nd, 2006 at The Silver Center for the Arts in Plymouth. Renowned for its powerful stage presence and high-energy style, Koresh Dance has been hailed as an extraordinary force on the national stage.

The troupe presents audiences with an exciting and emotional blend of ballet, modern, and jazz molded into a unique style of choreography that is both eloquent and explosive. The company’s critically acclaimed work attracts a continually increasing audience across the nation due to Koresh’s reputation for passion and outstanding technique.

A show not to be missed, the vibrant movements and rhythms created by Koresh Dance are truly magnificent to witness. “It’s all dance, and it’s all art,” writes Dance Magazine.

“We’re very excited about having Koresh Dance perform here,” said Carole Ann Morrison, Executive Director of Friends of the Arts. “Anyone who came to our sold out performance of Ailey II last January will find just as thrilling an experience when Koresh Dance takes the stage.”

Tickets to the performance on December 2nd at 8pm range from $23-$30 for adults & seniors and $14-$19 for youths. Tickets are available at The Silver Center box office, by calling 535-ARTS or www.friends-of-the-arts.org. A special question and answer session with the dancers and artistic director will immediately follow the performance!

This program would not be possible without the support of Plymouth State University & The New Hampshire State Council on the Arts.
