“I am so proud of The Grascals. They are one of the best bluegrass bands I’ve ever heard. They are all so very talented as vocalists and instrumentalists. Their new CD is one of the greatest albums I’ve ever listened to, and the fact it’s their first just tells you how talented they really are." ~ Dolly Parton

The Grascals are the reigning IBMA Entertainers of the Year. They won the 2005 IBMA awards for Emerging Artist of the Year and Song of the Year. Long List of Heartaches was nominated this year for a Grammy® for Best Bluegrass Album. This marks the band’s second Grammy® nomination—their debut release was also nominated for Best Bluegrass Album. While the group was officially formed within the last 3 years, its members have had years of experience playing for a “Who’s Who” of country and bluegrass greats, including Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Larry Cordle & Lonesome Standard Time and The Osborne Brothers.
