 To make a credit card gift by mail, please be sure to include:

  • Amount of your gift
  • name as it appears on your credit card
  • credit card number
  • expiration date
  • your daytime telephone number
  • instructions on your gift designation: annual fund drive, individual membership, business membership, cash donation or sponsorship etc.
